The NEPSE index closed at 1,866.34 today after gaining 16.54 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 0.89%. The index lost 38.83 points yesterday.
Today the index opened at 1,850.79 and then made the intraday low at 1,837.24. In contrast, it went as high as 1,877.00 and ultimately closed at 1,866.34.
272 scrips traded hands via 29,922 transactions. A total of 6,128,621 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.65 Arba in turnover amount. This is a lot lower than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 2.31 Arba.
