NEPSE Stands at 1,860.94 Level After Loss of 9.69 Points; Only Two Sectors Close Green Led by "Manu.& Pro."

The NEPSE index closed at 1,860.94 today after losing 9.69 points from last trading day's closing. This is a loss of 0.52%. The index had gained 4.15 points last Thursday.
The index opened at 1,871.09 and made intraday high at 1,872.52. While it went as low as 1,852.74, it ultimately closed at 1,860.94.
221 scrips traded hands via 16,776 transactions. A total of 2,574,785 shares exchanged hands amounting to only Rs. 80.35 Crores in the turnover amount. This is lower than last trading day's turnover of Rs. 82.96 Crores.
Everest Bank Limited (EBL) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 8.47 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 510 per share.
Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AVYAN) gained the highest 9.99% and technically hit positive circuit for the day.
On the other side of things, People's Power Limited (PPL) lost all 10% today.
Only two sector indices closed green, "Finance" lost the highest 1.78% while "Manu.& Pro." gained the highest 0.28%.
