NEPSE Settles Today's Session With Significant 47.55 Points Gain; All Sector Closes at Green

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a gain today, gaining by 47.55 points (1.83%) to settle at 2,585.87. This follows a 1.37 point gain in the previous session.

The benchmark index opened at 2586.82, touching an intraday high of 2,593.57, while the lowest point was 2,586.41. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 5.53 Arba, with 13,468,145 shares traded across 328 companies through 89,251 transactions. Market capitalization stood at Rs. 44.21 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 14.99 Kharba.

Union Hydropower Limited (UNHPL) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs. 14.49 crores. The stock closed at Rs. 815.00.

Mid Solu Hydropower Limited (MSHL) led the gainers' list by 5.32% each.

Meanwhile,Wean Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WNLB) recorded the steepest drop, falling 4.23%.

Among sectors, the Finance Index registered the highest gain, gaining 2.70%, while the Trading Index saw the least gain at 0.72%.
