NEPSE lists shares of Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha after completion of merger

The shares of Unnati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited's shares have been listed in NEPSE for trading.

The two microfinance companies had merged with each other in the share swap ratio of 1:0.75. They have already begun their joint transaction from Ashad 26, 2077 under the name Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. 

NEPSE had frozen its shares amidst the merger process. Now that the procedures are successfully completed, the shares are freed and listed.
