NEPSE records highest transaction through online trading

NEPSE recorded highest number of transaction on 23rd Shrawan, 2076, Thursday through online trading. A total of 29,496 transactions brought in turnover of Rs 45,46,29,575 with buy and sales of 18,77,542 units of shares. Sanjen and Rasuwagadhi hydropower had the highest number of transaction.
Sanjen and Rasuwagadhi closed at Rs 235 and Rs 237 with Rs 5.13 crores and Rs 9.76 crores turnover. Sanjen's 2.26 lakhs shares were traded whereas Rasuwagadhi's traded units numbered to 4.50 lakhs.
The online and D-mat has made a significance impact in trading. Besides, the delay listing of Sanjen and Rasuwagadhi in NEPSE after IPO allotment might have also brought in such huge interest from investors.
