NEPSE posted gain after five trading days

Slight recovery was seen today in NEPSE index which closed at 904.67 level as compared to yesterday's 897.46 level.
The benchmark index added 7.21 points today which is the gain recorded after five trading days.
Market index, which opened at 897.30 points, started falling to 895.18 points, then recovered after 12:47 PM following the demand improvement in most of the listed companies.
All the sectors including Banks, Hotels, Development Banks, HydroPower, Finance, Insurance and Others were in green except Manufacturing Sector which suffered loss of 15.93 points.
Banking, Finance and Development gained 6.27 points, 2.66 points and 7.49 points respectivley. Hotels added 11.97 points, , HydroPower propelled 34.83 points , Insurance sector surged 45.44 points and Others sector increased by 1.17 points.
