NEPSE Plummets By 42.58 Points to Settle at 2,726.51; RADHI Leads Turnover While Overall Volume Stood at 14.16 Arba

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a loss today, losing by 42.58 points (1.53%) to settle at 2,726.51. This follows a 3.07 point gain the previous session.

The benchmark index opened at 2,768.97, touching an intraday high of 2,782.96, while the lowest point was 2,718.85. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 14.16 Arba, with 30,262,710 shares traded across 333 companies through 142,476 transactions. Market capitalization stood at Rs. 45.77 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 15.58 Kharba.

Radhi Bidyut Company Ltd (RADHI) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs. 57.85 crores. The stock closed at Rs. 827.00 .

Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd (SAPDBL) led the gainer's list with 8.56% each.

Meanwhile,Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited (OMPL) recorded the steepest drop, falling 6.93%.

Among sectors, the Finance Index registered the highest loss, gaining 2.42%, while the Trading Index saw the least loss at 0.51%.
