NEPSE Membership of 2 New Broker Companies Approved

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has approved the membership license for 2 new broker companies.

NEPSE granted membership to Himalayan Securities Limited (Broker No. 96), and RBB Securities Company Ltd. (Broker No. 97) on 3rd Magh, 2080.

Earlier, NEPSE gave broker membership to Magnet Securities and Investment Company Pvt. Ltd. (Broker No. 95) on 5th Poush and KBL Securities (Broker No. 94) on 5th Mangsir.

The licenses were granted after an evaluation of infrastructural pre-requirement fulfillment.

With this development, 37 companies have received final licenses from SEBON. Among them, there is 1 securities dealer, 2 fully functioning securities brokers, and other limited working securities brokers.
