NEPSE Manages To Close Green by Gaining 1.81 Points to Settle at 2,054.95 Levels; Intraday Turnover Limited To Rs. 1.333 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 2,054.95 today after gaining 1.81 points from last trading day. This is a gain of 0.09%. The index had lost 7.41 points yesterday.
The index opened at 2,053.35 and went intraday high at 2,060.21. Then the index made intraday low at 2,048.80 and ultimately closed at 2,054.95.
222 scrips traded hands via 27,202 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 4,031,025 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.333 Arba in the turnover amount. This is a lower than last trading day's turnover of Rs. 1.72 Arba.
Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 14.21 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 231 per share.
Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited (RURU) gained the highest 10% and hit positive circuit for the day.
On the other side of things, Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF) lost the highest 6.88% today.
Six sector indices closed green, "Manu.& Pro." gained the highest 0.56% while ‘Hotel and Tourism Sector’ lost the highest 1.34%.
