NEPSE Loses 6.5 Points From All-Time High; Intraday Turnover at Rs. 11.13 Arba

The NEPSE index lost 6.5 points today from the all-time high created yesterday and closed at 2,816.56. The index opened at 2,828.06 and made the intraday low at 2,804.44. The index then made the intraday high at 2,836.1.

23,465,675 shares traded hands via 1,12,148 transactions. The trading of 219 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 11.133 Arba. NEPSE had created an all-time high intraday turnover of Rs. 13.175 Arba yesterday.

While the float index lost 0.69 points and closed at 193.68, the Sensitive index is at 503.99 after losing 4.51 points.

Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has the highest individual scrip turnover of a little over Rs. 33.83 crores.

The four highest gainers have technically closed at the upper limit of 10% gain today.

On the other side of things, Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) lost the most 3.22%.

Six sectors gained while seven sectors lost today. Life Insurance gained the most 2.38% while Development Banks lost the most 1.58%.
