NEPSE loses 4.72 points and closes at 1,640.95 with total turnover of Rs. 2.93 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 1,640.95 points today, losing 4.72 points from last week's close. The index opened at 1,654.15 in the morning. Total volatility of 19.52 points was witnessed during market hours today, with the highest point being the market-open itself and the lowest being 1,634.43.
10,626,514 shares traded hands via 37,594 transactions. 196 scrips traded to produce a total daily turnover of Rs. 2.93 Arba.
The Float index lost 0.37 points and closed at 114.79 while the Sensitive index is at 326.63 after losing 1.41 points.
Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited (SSHL) has the highest individual scrip turnover of Rs. 23.27 crores. The shares of Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited (SSHL) also traded the most today. SSHL also gained an impressive 9.85%.
A total of 5 companies technically hit a 10% positive circuit today as of the market close.
