NEPSE Loses 2.26% From Last Week's Closing; All the Sectors Close Red

The NEPSE index lost 54.75 points today and closed at 2,370.54. This is a 2.26% loss from last week's closing.
The index opened at 2,425.53 today which is also the intraday high. Although the index went as low as 2,366.46, it ultimately closed at 2,370.54.
16,277,245 shares traded hands via 96,156 transactions. The trading of 206 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 8.97 Arba. While the float index lost 3.89 points and closed at 161.53, the Sensitive index is at 432.33 after losing 9.73 points.
Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has the highest individual scrip turnover of a little over Rs. 39.89 crores. The shares of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) traded the most.
Prabhu Life Insurance Limited (PLI) and Everest Insurance Company Limited Promoter Share (EICPO) have technically hit a 10% positive circuit today.
Meanwhile, Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) lost the most 8.3%.
All the sectors lost today, with Finance losing the most 4.4%.
