NEPSE lists 18.60 lakh unit shares of Chautari Laghubitta; Shares yet to come in open range to start trading

Nepal Stock exchange has listed 18,60,000 unit IPO of Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited in the secondary market.

The shares are yet to be placed in an open range which will allow the shareholders to trade the shares in the market.

The microfinance company had issued 6 lakh unit shares as IPO which included 300 units for employees, 30,000 units for mutual funds and remaining 5,60,700 for the general public.

After the issuance of IPO, the paid-up capital of the company has reached Rs 18.60 crore.
