NEPSE lists 1.11 crore units bonus shares of Citizen bank and Kumari bank; Banks distributed 3% and 10% bonus respectively

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 1.11 crore bonus shares of Citizens Bank and Kumari Bank.

25,11,319.43 Units Bonus Shares of Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has been listed in NEPSE. CZBIL had distributed 3% bonus shares worth Rs 25.11 crore along with cash dividend of 12% worth Rs 1.45 arba to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.

86,85,573.13 Units Bonus Shares of Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has been listed in NEPSE. KBL had distributed 10% bonus shares worth Rs 86.85 crore to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
