NEPSE listed bonus shares of Sindhu Bikas Bank and Shangrila Development Bank, right shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank

NEPSE recently listed bonus shares of Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited and Shangrila Development Bank and rights shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank Ltd.

2,80,808 units bonus shares of Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited, has been listed on the secondary market. The development Bank has distributed 5.95% bonus shares dividend from the profits of FY 74/75.

Similarly, 10,02,554 units of bonus shares of Shangrila Development Bank has been listed on the secondary market. SADBL had distributed 4% bonus shares and 5.45% cash dividend from the profits of FY 74/75.

Also, 3,62,436.44 units rights shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed on the secondary market. The development bank had issued 10% Right shares in last FY.

NEPSE has listed 16,45,798 units of bonus/ right shares in total. These shares can now be traded in the secondary market.
