NEPSE Index Remarkably Increases by 52.26 Points to 2,094.33 Levels; Seven Scrips Hit Positive Circuit

The NEPSE index closed at 2,094.33 today after gaining massive 52.26 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 2.56%. The index gained 5.00 points last Thursday.

Today the index opened at 2,045.06 and then made the intraday low at 2,037.90. It ultimately closed at an intraday high of 2,094.33.

280 scrips traded hands via 70,647 transactions. A total of 12,095,966 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 4.86 Arba in turnover amount. This is higher than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 3.16 Arba.

SHIVAM CEMENTS LTD (SHIVM) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 36.64 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 585 per share.
