NEPSE Index Rebounds By 0.93% After Yesterday's 26.29 Points Slide

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a double digit gain today, gaining by 24.57 points (0.93%) to settle at 2,651.68.This comes after a loss of 26.29 points in the previous trading session.

The benchmark index opened at 2620.54 and fluctuated between an intraday high of 2,651.86 and a low of 2,619.68 before settling at the close. Total turnover for the day amounted to Rs. 4.40 Arba, with 9,519,452 shares traded across 352 companies through 72,022 transactions.
8.5% Nepal Investment Bank Debenture 2084 (NIBD84) topped the turnover chart, recording transactions worth Rs. 53.94 crores. The company’s stock closed at Rs. 1,109.90.

Kalanga Hydro Limited (KAHL) Led the gainer's list with 15.00% positive circuits. The stock closed at Rs.516.40.

Meanwhile, Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) recorded the Highest fall, falling by 13.78%, the last traded price of the company was Rs. 5,860.00.

Among sectors, Trading Index registered the highest loss by 3.15%, while Development Bank Index recorded least loss, losing by 0.30%.
