NEPSE Index Gains 18.30 Points to Close at 2850.37; All Index Close at Green

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a gain today, gaining 18.30 points (0.64%) to settle at 2,850.37. This follows a 1.94 -point loss in the previous session.
The benchmark index opened at 2831.28, touching an intraday high of 2,861.34, while the lowest point was 2,831.27. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 8.53 Arba, with 25,403,540 shares traded across 318 companies through 95,839 transactions. The market capitalization stood at Rs. 47.57 Kharba, while the float market capitalization was recorded at Rs. 16.14 Kharba.
Liberty Energy Company Limited (LEC) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs.39.01crores. The stock closed at Rs. 253.90
Sikles Hydropower Limited (SIKLES) led the gainer's list with a 9.81% gain each.
Meanwhile, Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLB) recorded the steepest drop, falling 8.26%.
Among sectors, the Finance Index registered the highest gain, gaining 1.38%, while the Investment Index saw the least gain at 0.30%.
