NEPSE Index Further Sheds 13.90 Points Closing at 2,091.56 Levels; Only "Manufacturing and Processing" Closed Green

The NEPSE index closed at 2,091.56 today after losing 13.90 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a loss of 0.66%. The index lost 16.40 points yesterday.
Today the index opened at 2,105.03 and made an intraday high of 2,117.84. It went as low as 2,086.78 and ultimately closed at 2,091.56.
256 scrips traded hands via 33,483 transactions. A total of 4,815,120 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.732 Arba in turnover amount. This is lower than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 1.787 Arba.
Api Power Company Ltd. (API) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 6.2 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 286 per share.
Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) gained the highest 8.54% for the day.
Conversely, Garima Debenture, 2085 (GBBD85) lost the highest 9.97% today.
