NEPSE Gains Minimal 8.57 Points and Closes at 2,007.29; Market Gains Rs. 3.85 Arba Turnover in a Sluggish Day

The NEPSE index gained a minimal 8.57 points today and closed at 2,007.29. This is NEPSE's first green day of the last four trading days. 

7,497,384 shares traded hands via 36,245 transactions. Trading of 214 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 3.85 Arba. While the float index gained 0.65 points and closed at 137.73, the Sensitive index is at 382.57 after gaining 1.14 points.

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has the highest individual scrip turnover of a little over Rs. 34.91 crores. The shares of Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) traded the most.

Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) and Central Finance Limited (CFCL) technically hit the 10% positive circuit today.

Meanwhile, 10.5% SBL Debenture 2082 (SBLD2082) lost the most 7.6%.

Three sectors lost today and all others closed green. Trading lost the most 2.46% and Manufacturing/ Products gained the most 2.04%.
