NEPSE gains 72.28 points and closes at 2,004.39; All sectors close green; Total turnover at Rs. 6.66 Arba

The NEPSE index gained 72.28 points and closed at 2,004.39 today.

The index opened at 1,929.46 and made an intraday low of 1,914.42. The market-close itself is the intraday high.

11,920,819 shares traded hands via 60,055 transactions. Trading of 206 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 6.66 Arba.

The float index gained 4.53 points and closed at 135.35 while the Sensitive index is at 382.77 after gaining 12.1 points. 

Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has the highest individual scrip turnover of Rs. 1.05 Arba. The shares of Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) traded the most today.

The top five gainers technically hit a 10% positive circuit today. Meanwhile, Everest Insurance Company Limited Promoter Share (EICPO) lost the most 6.67%.

Interestingly, all sectors gained today. Trading gained the most 6.57%. Meanwhile, all sectors had closed red yesterday.
