NEPSE Gains 50.58 Points and Closes at 2,665.93; All Sectors Close Green

The NEPSE index closed at 2,665.93 today after gaining 50.58 points from yesterday's closing. The index had lost 70.01 points yesterday.

The index opened at 2,616.78 and made the intraday low at 2,579.82. However, it began to gain from there, and the index ultimately closed at the intraday high of 2,665.93.

A total of 9,894,478 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 5.028 Arba in the turnover amount. This is lower than yesterday's turnover of Rs. 5.745 Arba. 229 scrips traded hands via 63,916 transactions.

Api Power Company Limited (API) had the highest turnover of Rs. 22.67 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 459.80 per share. Its shares also traded the most.

Three scrips have technically hit the 10% positive circuit breaker today while Mega Bank Nepal Limited (MEGA) lost the most 3.92%.

All sectors closed green today. Finance gained the most 4.87%.
