NEPSE Gains 27.41 Points But Daily Turnover Declines; All Sectors Gain Nonetheless

The NEPSE index gained 27.41 points today and closed at 2,645.84. The index opened at 2,613.17 and immediately made the intraday low at 2,608.13. However, this was the most that the bears could pull the index today. NEPSE eventually gained and ultimately closed near the intraday-high of 2,646.76.
7,579,003 shares traded hands via 51,235 transactions. The trading of 218 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 4.2 Arba. While the float index gained 1.25 points and closed at 181.93, the Sensitive index is at 475.12 after gaining 4.35 points.
Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has the highest individual scrip turnover of a little over Rs. 27.04 crores. The units of Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF) traded the most.
Four scrips have impressively closed at the upper limit of 10% gain today.
On the other side of things, Bishal Bazar Company Limited (BBC) lost the most 10% and hitting the negative circuit breaker for the day.
All sectors gained today, with the "Others" sector gaining the most 3.93%.
