NEPSE Gains 18.75 Points and Closes at 3,004.31; Mutual Funds Gain the Most

The NEPSE index closed at 3,004.31 today after gaining 18.75 points from the last trading day's close. The NEPSE index seems to have bounced back in great health from the support zone at the 2,800 level and is very close to the all-time high.

The index opened at 2,990.90 and immediately made the intraday low at 2,987.45. While it went as high as 3,018.27, it ultimately closed at 3,004.31.

A total of 55,964,062 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 11.114 Arba in the turnover amount. This is higher than the previous trading sessions' turnover of Rs. 7.897 Arba. 222 scrips traded hands via 1,14,772 transactions.

The float index is at 210.18 after gaining 1.86 points while the Sensitive index is at 562.24 after gaining 4.06 points.

Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) had the highest turnover of Rs. 46.27 crore closing at a market price of Rs. 588 per share. Its shares also traded the most.

Mutual Funds have made it to the top-gainers list today. Meanwhile, Himalayan Power Partner Limited (HPPL) lost the most 4.07%.

Eight sectors lost and five others closed green today. While Mutual Fund gained the most 5.27%, Trading lost the most 2.02%.
