NEPSE Gains 17.31 Points and Makes New High; 9 out of 10 Sectors Close Green

The NEPSE index gained 17.31 points today and closed at 2,332.32. This is the highest closing ever in the history of NEPSE. The record was broken just on the last trading session. The index has been creating newer highs since long.

15,496,714 shares traded hands via 51,813 transactions. The trading of 207 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 6.31 Arba. The index opened at 2,333.87 and made an intraday low at 2,319.58. With the intraday high at 2,340.57, the index ultimately closed at 2,332.32.

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has the highest individual scrip turnover of a little over Rs. 33.46 crores. Its shares also traded the most today.

A total of 18 companies have technically hit a 10% positive circuit today.

Meanwhile, Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) lost the most 4.14%.

Only Hydropower lost a minimal 0.65% today. Of all the other sector that gained, Trading gained the most 6.58%.
