NEPSE Gains 16.46 Points After Three Days of Consecutive Fall ; HRL Tops the Turnover

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a gain today, gaining 16.46 points (0.57%) to settle at 2,875.36. This follows a 63.73 -point loss in the previous session.
The benchmark index opened at 2857.27, touching an intraday high of 2,890.05, while the lowest point was 2,832.60. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 10.82 Arba, with 27,169,755 shares traded across 325 companies through 149,274 transactions. The market capitalization stood at Rs. 47.99 Kharba, while the float market capitalization was recorded at Rs. 16.29 Kharba.
Himalayan Reinsurance Limited (HRL) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs.55.96 crores. The stock closed at Rs. 1,045.00
Three Star Hydropower Limited (TSHL) led the gainer's list with a 6.89% gain each.
Meanwhile, Trade Tower Limited (TTL) recorded the steepest drop, falling 10.00%.
Among sectors, the Trading Index registered the highest gain, gaining 2.89%, while the Finance Index saw the highest loss at 0.82%.
