NEPSE Gained 40.64 Points Today With All Sectors Closing Green; Newly Listed IPO Shares Lead the Frontline

The NEPSE index gained 40.64 points on a highly volatile day today and closed at 2,515.03. The index opened at 2,488.33 and made an intraday low at 2,442.60. The index gained in intraday action today, going as high as 2,524.4. With this, total volatility of 81.8 points was observed in the trading session today.

11,838,488 shares traded hands via 70,339 transactions. The trading of 209 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 5.69 Arba.

While the float index gained 2.84 points and closed at 173.37, the Sensitive index is at 453.75 after gaining 6.47 points.

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has the highest individual scrip turnover of a little over Rs. 44.48 crores. The shares of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) also traded the most.

Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) has technically hit the 10% positive circuit today. Meanwhile, Citizens Mutual Fund - 2 (CMF2) has lost the most 1.84%.

All the sectors gained today, and trading gained the most 3.32%.
