NEPSE Free Fall: Plunged 23.83 Points Today To Settle At 1,815.13 Levels, Intraday Turnover Stood at Rs. 1.072 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 1,815.13 today after losing 23.83 points from last trading day. This is a loss of 1.30%. The index had gained 9.83 points last Thursday.

The index opened at 1,838 and went intraday high at 1,838.67. Then the index made intraday low at 1,811.32 and ultimately closed at 1,848.82.

228 scrips traded hands via 22,683 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 4,014,419 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.072 Arba in the turnover amount. This is alot higher than last trading day's turnover of Rs. 65.57 Crores.

Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 26.02 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 193 per share.

Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AVYAN) gained the highest 10% and hit the positive circuit for the day.

On the other side of things, Terhathum Power Company Limited (TPC) lost highest 7.9% today.

All sector indices closed red, "Investment" lost the highest 2.82% while "Mutual Fund" lost the least 0.28%.
