NEPSE Fall Mere 0.16% to Settle at 1,904.98 Levels; Only Three Sectors Close Green Led by "Hotel and Tourism"

The NEPSE index closed at 1,904.98 today after losing 3.07 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a loss of 0.16%. The index lost 23.64 points yesterday.

Today the index opened at 1,905.96 and made the intraday high at 1,911.51. In contrast, it went as low as 1,892.82 and ultimately closed at 1,904.98.

266 scrips traded hands via 24,429 transactions. A total of 2,975,920 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 87.04 Crores in turnover amount. This is lower than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 92 Crores.

Prabhu Bank Limited Promoter Share (PRVUPO) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 5.26 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 102 per share.

Kalinchowk Darshan Limited (KDL) gained the highest 10% and hit the positive circuit for the day.

Conversely, Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBS) lost the highest 5.05% today.

Only three sector indices closed green, "Hotel and Tourism" gained the highest 1.17% while "Manufacturing and Processing" lost the highest 1.12% today.
