NEPSE Down 23.64 Points With Intraday Turnover of Rs 92 Crores; All Sectors Close Red

The NEPSE index closed at 1,908.04 today after losing 23.64 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a loss of 1.22%. The index lost 2.80 points yesterday.
Today the index opened at 1,931.84 and made the intraday high at 1,937.65. In contrast, it went as low as 1,904.39 and ultimately closed at 1,908.04.
267 scrips traded hands via 27,437 transactions. A total of 3,144,573 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 92 Crores in turnover amount. This is lower than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 97.45 Crores.
Arun Valley Hydropower Development Co. Ltd. (AHPC) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 7.02 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 310 per share.
Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADLB) gained the highest 10% and hit the positive circuit for the day.
Conversely, Sunrise Bluechip Fund (SBCF) lost the highest 6.25% today.
All sector indices closed red, "Development Bank" lost the highest 1.88% while "Hotel and Tourism" lost the least 0.14% today.
