NEPSE DIPS BY 0.19 POINTS

Today also market continued to ponder in sideways with less volatility. The secondary market today traded between the range of 538 to 539.5 levels.
Following the 0.5 point dive, the market recovered to high range but spiral downward and dangled in the zigzag movement before finally coming to close at 538.33 levels.
The market index came to drop by 0.19 points by the end of the day.
Among, sub-indices, Insurance today made a giant leap of 18.01 points alongside 2.87 point jump of Development.
While, Hydro dropped by 0.99 points followed by Banking with 1.36 points descend and Others with 1.18 points fall. Similarly, Hotels and Finance also slipped by 0.19 and 0.71 points respectively.
All in all, the scrips of 104 companies were traded, out of which 51 scrips gained, 16 remained intact and 37 scrips lost.
The best performers for the day was, Nerude Laghubita Bikas Bank Limited (NLBBL), closed at Rs 544, with Rs 49 or 9.9% gain.
Whereas, Infrastructure Development Bank Limited (IDBL), closed at Rs 66, was the top loser with Rs 3 or 4.35% loss. Among the shares trading above par, Janaki Finance Ltd. (JFL), closed at Rs 220, was the top loser with Rs 9 or 3.93% loss.
In case of the highest shares traded among mutual fund, Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-1 (SIGS1), closed at Rs 10.50, topped with 21,900 units. In case of ordinary scrips, National Life Insu. Co. Ltd. (NLICL), closed at Rs 816, topped with 28,167 units.
In terms of turnover also, National Life Insu. Co. Ltd. (NLICL), closed at 816, topped with turnover worth Rs 22,354,536 via 47 transactions. The broker with the highest standalone dealing of the NLICL was Broker No 35 (Kohinoor Investment and Securities Pvt.Ltd) with 68.52%; amounting Rs 30,637,700 via 18 transactions totaling 38,700 units which includes 4 matching transactions tallying 16,000 units worth Rs 12,640,000.
Overall, 382,837 units of share were traded by 1,864 transactions worth Rs 133,051,142; the market capitalization by the end of the day tallied to Rs 536,378.91 million.
