NEPSE delists NIDC Development Bank after company acquired by Rastriya Banijya Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange has delisted NIDC Development Bank. Its trading was halted in the secondary market from Bhadra 12, 2074, after Rastriya Banijya Bank had approved of acquiring it.
While their combined transaction had already commenced from Baisakh 19, 2075, NEPSE has officially delisted NICD Development Bank today.
