NEPSE converts 18.90 lakh unit promoter shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha into ordinary shares

Nepal Stock Exchange has converted the promoter shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL) into ordinary shares.
NEPSE has converted 18,90,306.35 unit promoter shares of NUBL into ordinary shares.
After the conversion of the shares, the promoter shares will hold 51% of the company's capital while the public shareholders will hold the remaining 49%.
The paid up capital of the company stands at Rs 1 arba as on the 3rd quarter of the current fiscal year.
