NEPSE Continues Falling Spree, Fell 1.01% To Limit Intraday Turnover To Rs 1.684 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 2,070.41 today after losing 21.15 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a loss of 1.01%. The index lost 13.90 points yesterday.
Today the index opened at 2,090.49 and made an intraday high of 2,099.43. It went as low as 2,066.78 and ultimately closed at 2,070.41.
256 scrips traded hands via 35,079 transactions. A total of 4,747,567 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.684 Arba in turnover amount. This is lower than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 1.732 Arba.
Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) had the highest turnover of Rs. 5.38 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 2,524 per share. The shares of Api Power Company Ltd. (API) traded the most.
Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) gained the highest 7.65% for the day.
Conversely, Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) lost the highest 5.91% today.
All sector indices closed red, "Manufacturing and Processing" lost the highest 1.93% each while "Trading" lost the least 0.09% today.
