NEPSE Concludes The Day With 1.35% Gain; All Sectors Close Green

The NEPSE index closed at 1,927.65 today after gaining 25.66 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 1.35%. The index lost 17.38 points yesterday.

Today the index opened at 1,902.75 and then made the intraday low at 1,893.61. In contrast, it went as high as 1,927.66 and ultimately closed at 1,927.65.

269 scrips traded hands via 36,118 transactions. A total of 5,541,878 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.98 Arba in turnover amount. This is a little higher than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 1.97 Arba.

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 9.68 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 348 per share.

Nyadi Hydropower Limited (NYADI)gained the highest 9.85% for the day.

Conversely, Century Debenture 2088 (CCBD88) lost the highest 3.04% today.

All sector indices closed green, "Hotels and Tourism" gained the highest 5.67% while "Banking" gained the least 0.15% today.
