NEPSE Closes At New High Again; 9 out of 10 Sectors Close Green; 11 Companies Hit 10% Positive Circuit

The NEPSE index gained 28.46 points today and closed at 2,315.00. This is the highest closing ever in the history of NEPSE. The record was broken just on the last trading session. The index has been creating newer highs since long.

15,035,221 shares traded hands via 50,607 transactions. The trading of 208 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 6.37 Arba. While the float index gained 1.4 points and closed at 157.91, the Sensitive index is at 443.42 after gaining 8.17 points.

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) has the highest individual scrip turnover of a little over Rs. 58.1 crores. The units of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-2 (SIGS2) traded the most today.

A total of 11 companies have technically hit a 10% positive circuit today.

Meanwhile, United Finance Limited (UFL) lost the most 5.71%.

Only Hydropower lost a minimal 0.4% today. Of all the other sector that gained, Trading gained the most 9.24%.
