NEPSE Closes 18.06 Points Higher at 2,769.13 With Higher Intraday Turnover

The NEPSE index closed at 2,769.13 today after gaining a modest 18.06 points from yesterday's closing. The index had gained 78.82 points yesterday.
The index opened at 2,753.39 and created the intraday low at 2,717.57. While it went as high as 2,806.65, it ultimately closed at 2,769.13.
A total of 11,592,235 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 6.612 Arba in the turnover amount. This is higher than yesterday's turnover of Rs. 6.318 Arba. 228 scrips traded hands via 75,612 transactions.
Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) had the highest turnover of Rs. 43.19 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 1,606 per share. The shares of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) traded the most.
Best Finance Company Limited (BFC) gained the most 8.68%. Meanwhile, Everest Bank Limited Convertible Preference (EBLCP) lost the most 5.24%.
Four sectors lost and all other closed green. HydroPower, Manu.& Pro. lost 0.68%. Life Insurance gained the most 2.06%.
