NEPSE Closed With 0.27% Gain on its Third Consecutive Day : SONA Sees Highest Turnover

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Index has a gain of 5.17 points, or 0.27%, over the previous day's closing to conclude at 1,863.94 points. The previous trading day saw a gain of 11.22 points for the index.
The index opened trading at 1858.11 and had an intraday low of 1,851.19 and an intraday high of 1,869.01.
30,364 trades involving 288 distinct stocks were made during today's session. With a total turnover of Rs. 78.27 crore, 3,157,062 units of shares were traded. With a float market capitalization of Rs. 10.02 Kharba, the market capitalization was Rs. 28.71 Kharba.
At a market price of Rs. 273, Sonapur Minerals And Oil Limited (SONA) finished with the greatest turnover of Rs. 5.61 crores.
Likewise, today's largest gainer was Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (GILB), at 8.07%.
Conversely, today's biggest loss was recorded by Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL), at 6.38%.
All sector indexes closed in the green, with the exception of "Development Bank Index, Hotels And Tourism Index, Investment Index, Non Life Insurance". Meanwhile, "Manufacturing And Processing" saw the most daily gain of 1.16%, while "Non-Life Insurance" saw the biggest loss of 0.23%.
