Nepex AGM on Nov 10 to distribute 9.5% bonus shares

Nepal Express Finance Limited is holding its Annual General Meeting on November 10 in Kathmandu.

The AGM to be held at Marwari Sewa Samiti Office at Phasikev will distribute 9.5 percent bonus share from the net profit the finance company earned in the last fiscal year.

It will also transfer 19 percent of the total 70 percent promoter shares to general shareholders.

The finance company’s deposit had increased by an impressive 19 percent to Rs 77 crore and 39 lakh during the last fiscal year compared the previous fiscal year.

Its lending all surged by 43 percent to Rs 69 crore and 46 lakh during the last fiscal year compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year.
