Nepali Congress UK Committee Voices Concerns Over Political Instability in Nepal

The Nepali Congress Public Relations Committee in the UK has raised concerns about the ongoing political instability in Nepal, citing it as a major deterrent to foreign investment from the UK. During an event organized in London on Saturday, Committee Chairperson Mahesh Dahal highlighted that frequent policy changes are discouraging British entrepreneurs and businesspersons from investing in Nepal, despite their willingness to do so.
Dahal emphasized that both non-resident Nepalese and foreign investors are hesitant to invest due to the unstable political climate in Nepal. He urged political parties to prioritize political stability to foster a more favorable investment environment.
In addition, the President of the Nepal Press Union Shiva Lamsal pledged to communicate the committee's issues to the Congress leadership. The event also saw participation from Bipin Niraula, President of Press Union UK, and political analyst RK Tripathi (Rajkumar), among others.
