Nepal Telecom profit decline in Q3 by 15.65%; earns Rs 9.98 arba with EPS of Rs 88.75

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) has published the unaudited quarterly report for the third quarter of FY 75/76 today. The net profits of the company decrease from Rs 11.83 arba to Rs 9.98 arba in the third quarter with a fall of 15.65%.
The paid-up capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs 15 arba. The reserves of the company grew by 8.43% to Rs 86.40 arba for the end of the third quarter. The investments of the company, which were previously at Rs 9.65 arba, grew by more than 19.97% to stand at Rs 11.58 arba for the quarter end.
The company has Rs 20.56 arba as cash and cash equivalents with a decline of 8.12% compared to the corresponding quarter.
Income from services fall by 6.42% and other income rises by 11.40% respectively. The company’s income from services currently stands at Rs 27.50 arba while the other income stands at Rs 4.96 arba.
The annualized EPS of the company currently stands at Rs 88.75, which declined by 15.65% compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The net-worth per shares stands at massive Rs 676.05 and Qtr end PE stands at 7.68 times.
