Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Proposes 100% Cash Dividend for FY 2078/79, AGM Called on Poush 29

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has called its 41st AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the exchange in Shantimarg, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) Endorsement of consolidated financial reports after incorporating the financials of CDSC.
5) Endorsement of 100% cash dividend worth Rs. 1 Arba.
