Nepal Stock Exchange lists public and promoter shares of Asha Laghubitta; 6.74 lakh unit shares allotted in IPO to be liquid soon

Nepal Stock Exchange has signed an agreement with Asha Laghubitta to list its 20,74,000 unit primary shares to be effective from Falgun 26, 2075. The only stock market has listed 674,000 unit shares that were issued to general public and 14,00,000 unit shares to the promoter.
The agreement regarding the same was signed between CEO of NEPSE Mr. Chandra Prashad Saud and CEO of microfinance Mr. Badri Prashad Dulal Adhikari amid a program.
