Nepal Seva Laghubitta (NSEWA) Calls AGM to Endorse Merger Formalities

Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA) has called its 6th AGM on Jestha 24, 2078. The meeting will be held in Indrawati Samudayik Sewa Kendra, Sindhupalchowk, starting at 11 am that day.
The trading of Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA) has been halted in NEPSE. NEPSE received the notice of merger agreement between Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA) and WEAN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited on Poush 01. NSEWA closed at Rs. 831 per share on the last day before its trading was halted.
The agendas of the upcoming AGM revolve around the merger; endorsement of Business Plan and Projection, Due Diligence Audit, etc. Books will be closed from today till the AGM date. However, investors maintained till Poush 01 last year are eligible to attend the AGM because the shares haven't traded ever since.
