Nepal SBI to hold its 21st AGM today; 22% dividend to be approved

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (NSBI) is convening its 21st annual general meeting (AGM) today. The AGM is schedule to starts at 11:00 AM at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.

It has already proposed 22 percent dividend – 15 percent bonus share and 7 percent cash – to its shareholders from the profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.The decision, however, is subject to the approval of Bank’s AGM.

The bank is raising its authorized capital from Rs 3 billion to Rs 7 billion. Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71.

The bank is also raising its issued capital and paid up capital to Rs 3.06 billion to issue bonus share and Further Public Offering (FPO) to make public shareholding ratio 30 percent.
