Nepal SBI to hold AGM on Magh 14; FPO in offing, Capital to raise to Rs 7 billion

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (NSBI) is going to hold its 21st Annual General Meeting on Magh 14, 2071; which will endorse 15 percent bonus share and 7 percent cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Poush 17 to Magh 14, 2071.
Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Poush 16 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank.
The bank is raising its authorized capital from Rs 3 billion to Rs 7 billion. Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71.
The bank is also raising its issued capital and paid up capital to Rs 3.06 billion to issue bonus share and Further Public Offering (FPO) to make public shareholding ratio 30 percent.
Nepal SBI Bank has offered 12.5 percent bonus and 7.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders previous fiscal year i.e. 2069/70.
