Nepal SBI to endorse 15.79% dividend at 25th AGM, which will be held on 30th Poush

Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) has published a notice regarding the 25^th AGM of the bank. The AGM will be held on 30^th Poush 2075 at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali from 11 AM.

The agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial reports of FY 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for FY 75/76. The bank will also propose 5% bonus shares of 4.02 Lakh units to be distributed out of the profits of FY 74/75. The bank will also propose 10.79% cash dividend worth Rs.86.82 Crore for the shareholders.

For this purpose, the books of the bank will remain closed from 18^th Poush to 30^th Poush 2075. The current paid up capital of the bank stands at Rs.8.04 Arba.
