Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited announces 5th AGM on 27th Kartik

The 32nd meeting of the board of directors of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited (NSMBL) has decided on the AGM for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 5th AGM will be held in the meeting hall of the company's central office in Kaiser Mahal on Kartik 27, i.e. November 12. It will commence at 11 am.

Their main agendas include:

• Discussion and approval on the yearly report prepared by the BOD for FY 2076/77
• Discussion and approval on the yearly report of auditor along with financial transaction of 2076/2077
• Appointment of auditor for 2077/78 and approval of their remuneration
