Nepal SBI Bank Unveils Book Closure Date for its 10.55% Dividend; Calls AGM on Poush 13

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has called its 30th AGM on 13th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Tribhuvan Army Officer's Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.55% dividend for FY 2079/80. The 506th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 01, 2080 decided to distribute a 10.55% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 10.12 Arba. 3.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 68.82 Crores and 6.8% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 37.95 Crores have been proposed.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81. There is an agenda to identify the appropriate banks and financial institutions for the purpose of merger and acquisition with Nepal SBI Bank.

The book closure date is on Mangsir 29. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
