Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) proposes 9.47% dividend for FY 2076/77; How much in bonus shares and cash?

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has proposed a 9.47% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 458th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 04 has decided to distribute 6% of the paid-up capital as bonus shares and 3.47% as cash dividend. The cash dividend includes the amount for tax purposes as well. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 8,95,62,05,554.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's 27th AGM.

As of writing, the bank's LTP stands at Rs. 422.
